The program we used for the strength gaining is Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP). We customize the DUP program to meet the goals of the client. The client will have a customized protocol to ensure that their training is optimal for meeting their goal. For this program, it is recommended to combine nutrition and training to ensure that the client is getting optimal results and takes the guess work out of it. This program includes:
